Abraham Isser

Abraham Isser is Vice President of Engineering at QinetiQ Inc. managing a matrix engineering organization of 100 hardware, software and system engineers. Mr. Isser has over 30 years’ experience directing EO/IR programs and projects, managing engineering staff and IRAD/CRAD activities and supporting new business initiatives for military and national security applications. Technologies of interest include C5ISR sensor systems for surveillance, reconnaissance and targeting platforms, lasers, LIDAR and SAR sensors, and fiber optics-based systems. His platform integration experience includes fixed wing, rotary wing and unmanned airborne vehicles, ground vehicles, maritime vessels, and space systems. His customers have included USAF, USN, USMC, US Army, AFRL, ARL, NVESD, DARPA, and SOCOM.
