The Defense Systems Information Analysis Center (DSIAC) is seeking information about attrition-tolerant unmanned aircraft systems (UASs). Of interest is information on how attrition tolerance is defined, including any variation between the U.S. Department of defense (DoD), academia, and industry. DSIAC is also seeking summaries of current attrition-tolerant UAS research and technologies from key organizations and impact players. Information can include the following:
- Names of organizations or points of contact working in this area
- Systems/technologies being developed or already in use
- Research on mission-specific, attrition-tolerant UASs
- Operations that need attrition-tolerant UASs or are currently using them (e.g., command and control; logistical resupply; and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance)
- Cost information related to attrition-tolerant UASs
If you are willing to assist in this effort or know of someone who might be willing to assist, please provide contact information and details in the attached form here or in an e-mail to Deanna Milonas (deanna.c.milonas.ctr@mail.mil), the lead DSIAC analyst on this effort, or engage on the DoDTechipedia forum by clicking the “Join the Discussion” button below.
