Text Analytics of Acquisition Lessons Learned

DSIAC supported the Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity (AMSAA) mission through an effort to improve techniques for analyzing technical information. DSIAC investigated and reported on the feasibility of using various text-analytic software tools to review, sort, and analyze database records comprised mostly of text entries. In addition, DSIAC conducted an analysis of a copy of the Acquisition Lessons Learned Database using the software tools investigated to provide preliminary trend results of each software tool.
