The Joint Combat Assessment Team (JCAT) will host the 2022 Threat Weapons & Effects (TWE) Training at Eglin Air Force Base, FL, on 3-5 May 2022. This annual training event is a collaborative effort between JCAT, the U.S. Army Aviation Research Laboratory, Naval Air Systems Command, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Missile and Space Intelligence Center, National Ground Intelligence Center, and other agencies. The training draws information from threat exploitation, live-fire testing, and combat experience to provide a complete picture of threat lethality. Hands-on experience is provided with threat munitions/missiles, test articles, and damaged aircraft hardware. Experienced professionals provide current, relevant information on threat system upgrades, proliferation, and lethality.

Registration Information:

You MUST be logged in to DSIAC in order to register for the Threat Weapons Effects (TWE) Training. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one prior to registration.

 Registration is open to U.S. citizens only.

REGISTRATION IS LIMITED TO 200 ATTENDEES. ADDITIONAL REGISTRANTS WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITLIST.

Seating is limited for TWE attendees, i.e., the Eglin Enlisted Hall. We can guarantee two seats per unit, with additional seats filled on a first-come-first-served basis. If your plans change after registration, please notify DSIAC or JCAT ASAP so your reserved seat can be made available to another interested party.

Monday, May 2:  Check-In and Security In-Processing:

Pre-registration will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, May 2, at the Hilton Garden Inn, Fort Walton Beach, FL. Registrants will receive a badge and final program at this time.

Late check-in and security in-processing will be available one hour prior to conference start time at the Eglin Enlisted Hall.

Landing Fee:

$25.00 for all attending, there are multiple ways to pay.

Electronic Payment Via PayPal: Please select the “Friends and Family” option. Send $25 payment to @JCATCHINALAKE or with the QR code below. The payment may display in PayPal as being sent to “Candy Adamek”.

Attendees may also pay in-person with cash during check-in, although paying electronically via PayPal is strongly preferred.

Daily morning and afternoon beverages as well as associated food items will be made available by the TWE support team. The one-time payment for this service will be collected, but no receipt will be provided. Based on the Joint Travel Regulation, this payment must be paid out of the traveler's per diem and cannot be reimbursed as an additional expens
