Hosted By: U.S. CCDC C5ISR Center

Location: Virtual

The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center is  currently working on Science and Technology (S&T) planning and development of  Air Launch Effects (ALE) capability to deliver coordinated and distributed sensing and effects across Electro-Optical (EO), Infrared (IR) and Radio Frequency (RF) spectrums.  The overall goal of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify novel and highly capable technologies and enablers that can inform S&T development to better align current and future S&T investment in technology areas of interest for ALE, inform ALE payload and platform requirements, and ultimately identify candidates for current and future ALE mission systems program acquisitions.

A virtual industry day will be held on October 26th, where U.S. Government will walk through details of this RFI, and vendors will have an opportunity to ask questions they may have about its content and objectives. This will be a full day event and will be hosted via Microsoft Teams Live Event.

Please note that Phase I RFI responses are officially closed as of September 16th 2020. Therefore no additional Phase I submissions will be accepted.

Per the received Phase I submissions, your company primary POC should have been contacted with security instructions for registering for the event.

If you did not receive those instructions from your primary POC, please reach out to them first. If there are additional concerns, please have your primary POC contact the RFI team at: usarmy.apg.ccdc.mbx.i2wd-ewags-ale-rfi-1@mail.mil.

Once security approvals are complete, individuals who are approved will be contacted with instructions on how to access the event via MS Teams in the next couple weeks.

For organizations that have requested one-on-ones (via the Phase I response), we are working to match those requests with the appropriate technical subject matter experts. Again your primary POCs will be contacted in the next few weeks for coordination of those one-on-ones.
