The 2026 Joint Aircraft Survivability Program (JASP) Model Users Meeting (JMUM) will take place 23–25 June 2026 at the Dougherty Conference Center at Offutt Air Force Base, just outside of Omaha, Nebraska. This year’s JMUM will provide in-person and virtual options (all briefings will be accomplished via the Global Video Service on SIPRNET.) There will not be an unclassified virtual participation option; all virtual attendance will be via GVS-C.

Select which days and format you plan to attend on your registration form. JASP requires a registration and visit request from those planning on attending in-person and also from anyone who will be the on-site host for virtual attendance. It is the responsibility of the registered host at each virtual site to ensure that anyone attending virtually from their site has a valid clearance. Additionally, the host must provide JASP with a list of personnel attending virtually at their site. The list should include individuals names, organization, and email address. Click HERE to download a list template form. Please provide this to Darnell Marbury at t.d.marbury.ctr@us.navy.mil by COB 25 June.

The purpose of this recurring meeting is to provide model users, managers, stakeholders, and other interested individuals with the latest information regarding JASP-sponsored modeling and simulation (M&S) tools, as well as others, used by the aircraft survivability community to evaluate aircraft performance in realistic threat environments. Attendees will be briefed on software developments, upgrades, and threat model updates in a U.S. Department of War (DoW)-classified environment.

This year’s JMUM will include further discussions regarding full-spectrum, multidomain and multi-system M&S; however, there will be additional emphasis on digital engineering and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). Check the Schedule tab below for the latest agenda.

JMUM attendees are encouraged to share insights and lessons learned from the practical use of aircraft survivability M&S tools. (Refer to the agenda tab for the daily schedule.) If presenting, please send your unclassified/CUI slides by COB 5 June to Darnell Marbury at t.d.marbury.ctr@us.navy.mil. For CUI briefings, you must deliver the slides via a password-protected DoD SAFE drop-off or encrypted email. Please contact Darnell if you need a DoD SAFE drop-off link. If you have classified briefing(s), please send them via SIPR by COB 29 May to timothy.d.marbury@navy.smil.mil.

If you are interested in presenting at the JMUM or have any questions, please contact Darnell Marbury at t.d.marbury.ctr@us.navy.mil. (703-604-4383). Please pass along relevant, initial briefing ideas to Darnell Marbury as soon as possible, but no later than COB 15 May.
