Eric Harclerode is a Modeling and Simulation Technical Specialist with the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Analysis Center (DAC), performing modeling, simulation, and analysis of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) item and system level performance for the past 16 years in the ISR Branch. He is the lead developer of the Framework for Capability-based Tactical Analysis Libraries and Simulations (FRACTALS) application, having developed and executed simulations for use in Joint and Army analytical studies. Previously, he was the lead developer of the Fusion Oriented Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Utility Simulation (FOCUS). Mr. Harclerode has a B.A. in mathematics and computer science from McDaniel College and an M.S. in computer science from The Johns Hopkins University.
