Jeffrey Johnson is a computer and research scientist and team leader at the U.S. Army Research Laboratory’s Atmospheric Effects Research Team, White Sands Missile Range, NM. His background includes AIR software development, meteorology, and research and analysis. He was also a team leader at the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command Analysis Center, where he wrote/developed software for combat simulations. He has presented briefings at the Pentagon and to international leaders and received several engineering, analysis, and modeling and simulation awards. Mr. Johnson holds a B.S. in geography, with a minor in meteorology, and an M.S. in engineering, with a focus on operations research and computer modeling, from New Mexico State University.
