DSIAC conducted an evaluation of the lethality effectiveness of medium-caliber rounds against given target sets. DSIAC performed a scientific and technical information literature search, completed function testing of projectiles, gathered information about emerging projectiles, and evaluated the effectiveness of the projectiles. The results of the analysis were used to support decisions regarding the development of a new round with alternative fuzing.
