The Defense Systems Information Analysis Center is seeking information on how to store explosives, propellants, and/or pyrotechnics  to mitigate the flammability concern of R600a isobutane refrigerant. R600a isobutane refrigerant is becoming the norm for new commercial refrigerators and freezers; however, storing explosives and flammables inside something with a flammable refrigerant is a concern and could result in catastrophe.  Solutions to storing explosives and knowledge of nonflammable alternatives for R600a isobutane refrigerant are of particular interest.
