DSIAC is seeking vulnerability analyses that have been conducted for large, support-type aircrafts such as cargo, aerial refueling, airborne warning and control, electronic warfare aircrafts, and/or civil aviation (e.g., Boeing 737). Vulnerability analysis information may include live fire evaluation or modeling and simulation analyses. Reports detailing vulnerability analyses with respect to damage leading to a mission abort is of particular interest.
This information will be used by a DoD entity to create mission-kill or mission-abort criteria for analysis, while comparing this to previously used criteria for large aircraft vulnerabilities.
