DSIAC staff was able to locate an open source draft of the Army Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS) Strategy guide and other pertinent final release documents. These documents, a bibliography of related resources from DTIC, and a point of contact within the Army were submitted to the requester. The U.S. Army’s final RAS strategy report has since been published and can be downloaded here: http://www.arcic.army.mil/App_Documents/RAS_Strategy.pdf.
